Disable Custom Color in AMD Software if your game recordings are too dark

My Steam game recordings have been too dark when exported and played back on some device/app combinations. I don't think the problem is limited to Steam game recordings though, and it probably shows up in any game recording softare. Here are some where I've noticed it being too dark:

• Discord with hardware acceleration enabled
• Firefox with hardware acceleration enabled
• VLC 3.0.20 with the default video output and codec settings
• Discord app on iOS

But in other places, it plays back with the correct brightness

• SMPlayer 22.7.0
• Discord with hardware acceleration disabled

Disabling Custom Color in AMD Software under Settings (gear icon) > Display fixes it for me. This is an unfortunate workaround if you want sRGB clamping, but for now I want my vivid colours.

I'm guessing there's some extra metadata in the video file that isn't being properly used when decoding or rendering the video in those cases where the video appears too dark.
